This jack is specifically designed for the removal and installation of auto and light truck transmissions or transfer cases. The wide stance steel frame features reinforced steel side plates that can double as tool trays. There is a top-of-stroke and a safety overload bypass system to provide maximum pump protection. There are heavy duty ball bearing swivel casters and a fully adjustable saddle, corner brackets and safety chains.

 The hooks on the booms are grab hooks allowing the chain to be adjusted to any height
The boom chains are long to hook into the base when towing to prevent the lift from "jack-knifing" The Tip Tow II and the Tip Tow 10 have two hooks on the boom with different lifting capacities.
